      Our Wiltshire-based bees now work closely with Strathearn Distillery in Perth, Scotland to create our smooth, rich honey whisky with subtle floral notes. We have just released a brand new honey vodka with a honey rum on the way next year. The results are a taste sensation, and it’s not just us that thinks so!

      We have been awarded a Great Taste Award for both liqueurs.

      Brought together by our shared love of bees, our mission is to support and celebrate the bees for the life force that they are. We pride ourselves on giving as much back to our local ecosystem as we possibly can, giving every part of our process the care and attention it needs. In doing so we are completely sustainable. 

      With almost eight million Wiltshire bees at the heart of the Beeble team, we have grown bee-yond what we expected, and are hoping to continue to go from strength to strength as part of the Craft Drinks movement!

      Here we have Heaven's Door Straight Rye, created by Bob Dylan (yes, that exact Bob Dylan you're thinking of) and Marc Bushala (founder of Angel's Envy Bourbon) in a church in Tennessee. Interestingly, for their rye, they have chosen to finish the whiskey in toasted oak cigar barrels (they're cigar shaped, they didn't just have a load of cigars stashed in them) from Vosges in France! Very intrigued to see the impact this finishing period has had on the whiskey... Nose: Classic dark and chew rye notes - mint, baking spices, anise, freshly ground pepper - form around a creamy core of banoffee pie and vanilla ice cream. A warming, woody element builds underneath with touches of citrus, leather and molasses. A big whiff of pricey dark chocolate wafts through with time.

      Palate: The flavours intensify on the palate. There¡¯s a nutty toffee foundation with more chocolate

      The Heaven's Door range of whiskey have been created by Bob Dylan (yes, actual Bob Dylan, the legendary songwriter) and Marc Bushala (founder of Angel's Envy Bourbon), made in a church in Tennessee. This expression is made with a mash bill featuring 30% "small grains", and the spirit is allowed to age for at least 8 years in American oak barrels. The bottle features a design from Dylan's own wrought ironwork, and the name is of course a reference to his song 'Knockin' on Heaven's Door'.

      This is Henstone's ‘Bourbon Equivalent’ which we call Old Dog Corn Liquor – we produce a 68% corn, 16% wheat and 16% barley mash which, following fermentation is distilled in Hilda, our 1000 litre pot/column hybrid still and then matured in new American oak casks for around twelve months.

      A rye whisky from the fantastic folks of Kyro Distillery Company in Finland!

      Made with 100% malted wholegrain rye at the distillery in Isokyr, Finland, this stuff boasts all the wonderful aromatic spiciness from the rye whiskeys you'd find in America, well-balanced by rounded notes of brown sugar and toasted oak.

      Decidedly smoky rye whisky from the Kyro team in Finland! The rye used for this expression was smoked with alder wood, which they say can impart hints of smoked ham and campfire smoke.

      Blend that with the aromatic spiciness of rye and the creamy, vanilla-rich notes imparted by maturation in ex-bourbon, French oak, and new American white oak barrels, and you've got a spectacular spirit on your hands!

      Inspired by the exploits of Tommy Shelby.

      This is an Irish whiskey that has enjoyed a finishing period in Sherry casks before being bottled as part of the Peaky Blinder range from Sadler's.

      The name comes from a street gang that was around in the late 19th and early 20th Century, a member of which you can see on the label - note the all important cap, which apparently was where the gang name originates.
